
Early Years Learning Support Assistant
Well Lane Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic, resilient, and creative individual to join our dedicated Early Years team. The Role
As a vital member of our Early Years team, you will:
● Be a Key Person: Build strong, supportive relationships with a specific group of children and their families, acting as their primary advocate and guide.
● Inspire Learning: Support the EYFS framework through creative "continuous provision" and structured activities that make learning English, Maths, and world discovery fun.
● Champion Safeguarding: Maintain the highest standards of child protection, working closely with our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to ensure every child is safe, happy, and heard.
● Collaborate: Work alongside a passionate team of teachers and Trust colleagues to maintain an environment of academic and personal excellence.
