
Customer Services Advisor
Our Vacancy
We’re looking for a customer-focused person with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent service. You’ll be organised, able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment, and experienced using IT systems. You’ll bring a proactive approach, using your initiative to solve problems, support vulnerable residents where needed, and contribute to continuous improvement. A team-focused attitude, resilience, and a passion for putting customers first are essential.
What you'll do
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a professional, responsive, and high-quality service across phone, email, and digital channels. Working as part of a team, you’ll manage a wide range of enquiries, including repairs, ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining accurate records. You will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience, supporting service improvements, and working collaboratively with colleagues and partners to meet customer needs.
What you'll need
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office systems
- A passion for providing excellent Customer Service
- Confidence to handle challenging situations with resilience and professionalism

- This is a hybrid role where we expect all staff to come into their base office 2 days a week (everyday during induction which could be up to 3 months)
