  • To audit and inspect bus stops facilities including bus stop flags, shelters, hard standing and timetable cases.
  • Input and update information gathered into databases and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with the collection, manipulation and analysis of bus service data as required.

Assist in the preparation and production of roadside publicity materials such as notices, timetables and waysides.

  • Have good awareness of Health & Safety issues and processes relevant to highway working. Must be willing to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and use other safety equipment.
  • To be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and a demonstrable ability to use own initiative. Ability to plan and prioritise own workload.
  • Have good geographical knowledge of the County. Ability to work flexibly, which may involve out of hours working.

In addition, we also expect you to share our commitment to our values and to delivering accessible and inclusive services which meet the needs of all of our residents. You will be asked to demonstrate your understanding of these commitments as part of the selection process.
