    • Carry out all aspects of tenancy management in a professional and sensitive manner
    • Manage complex cases involving residents with additional needs
    • Take enforcement action where required, including breaches of tenancy, unauthorised occupation, successions, and court attendance
    • Communicate effectively with residents in a range of situations, including challenging and sensitive circumstances
    • Work to performance targets and manage competing priorities effectively
    • Use housing management systems such as Northgate (SX3) and Contact Manager

    About you

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who:

    • Is committed to delivering excellent customer service
    • Has strong housing management experience
    • Has experience or understanding of safeguarding, domestic abuse, and complex needs cases (including hoarding)
    • Is flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work across multiple neighbourhoods
    • Demonstrates sound judgement and effective decision-making
    • Can manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment

    Our offer to you

In return, we provide a range of excellent benefits, including:

    • 27 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
    • A generous career-average pension scheme
    • Cycle to Work scheme and interest-free loans (season tickets, technology)
    • Access to a wide range of retail, gym, and restaurant discounts
    • Staff networks and forums to ensure your voice is heard
    • Modern, refurbished office spaces with facilities
    • Flexible and blended working arrangements
    • A diverse and inclusive working environment
