Are you an exceptional administrative professional looking to make a meaningful impact at the heart of an expanding Multi-Academy Trust?

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to the CEO to establish and drive efficient executive support within our Trust Central Office. This is a brand-new role, offering a unique opportunity to shape the function of the executive office as our Trust continues to grow.

Guided by our core Trust vision, ‘One Body, Many Parts’, you will serve as the primary ambassador and key administrative anchor for our Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team.

The Role

In this pivotal position, you will:

  • Provide Executive Support: Manage complex diaries, dynamic inboxes, high-priority correspondence, and stakeholder liaison with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Lead Meeting Logistics: Coordinate agendas, logistics, and minute-taking for Board of Trustees meetings, Headteacher forums, Executive Leadership meetings, and external stakeholder sessions (including the DfE, Diocese, and prospective schools).
  • Drive Communications: Assist in implementing a new Trust intranet, updating website content, compiling newsletters, and supporting social media presence.
  • Conduct Research & Projects: Undertake desk research and procurement analysis on key initiatives to inform CEO decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure robust governance record-keeping, governor training tracking, and strict adherence to safeguarding and data protection standards.

About You

The successful candidate will bring:

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written communication skills with meticulous attention to accuracy.
  • High emotional intelligence, sound judgement, and absolute discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • A flexible approach to working hours to support occasional out of hours commitments.

Why Join Us?

This is an exciting moment to join our Central Team. You will work within a supportive, collaborative culture where every team member’s contribution is valued as we work together to achieve excellence across all our academies.
