Role: Early Years Teaching Assistant
Location: Halton Lodge Primary School
Salary:&nbsp; Grade 4 SCP 4-6
FTE: £24,404 to £25,183&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Actual Salary Pro-Rata: £18,519 to £19,110&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Contract: Fixed Term (to cover maternity leave initially – but hoped to be able to extend to a permanent position if the number of children who attend our new school-based nursery increase during this time)
Hours: 32.5 hours per week (full time). Term Time only (39 weeks).
Start Date: September 2025
The Headteacher and Governors Halton Lodge Primary School (soon to become Halton Lodge Nursery &amp; Primary School) wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work alongside our Early Years team, to work with and support the children in our Nursery and Reception classes.&nbsp; This position will be temporary (fixed term) in the first instance but will hopefully become a permanent position once the number of children who attend our new school-based nursery make this viable.

The Headteacher and governors of Halton Lodge Nursery &amp; Primary School would like to appoint a Midday Assistant to join our committed and enthusiastic team. This position is to commence 12th September 2025 and will be permanent, after a 3-month successful probationary period.
