This role provides a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced housing professional to gain experience as a manager responsible for both the strategic direction of the TMO and its operational service delivery.
You will need substantial experience of managing and delivering housing management and maintenance services, provide excellent assistance to the team and be willing to support with operational issues as an involved and supportive leader and natural team player.
You will be skilled in forging positive relationships with board members, and in supporting the board to exercise effective governance. We believe in constantly seek ways to improve all areas of the business.

The Regulatory Services Partnership (RSP) hosted by Merton Council is one of the largest Environmental Health Services in London, with the Food and Safety Team responsible for overseeing more than 6,000 food businesses in Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth. About the Role

About the role The Requirements Project Officer's role is to write requirement statements and gather information for options appraisals for future projects. They administer the Property Review Programme Board, monitor the Property Review Programme budget (circa 1m pa), assist with monitoring the Estates Managed Budgets (circa £8m pa), raise purchase orders, manage minor projects and draft various other documents.
