Pendle Borough Council is seeking a motivated and experienced Capital Works &amp; Compliance Officer to lead the delivery of capital investment programmes and oversee statutory compliance across a diverse property estate. You’ll manage projects from feasibility through to handover, ensuring schemes are delivered on time, within budget and in line with corporate and statutory requirements. Responsibilities include;

<li>Work collaboratively with residents to gather feedback on regulatory compliance and service delivery, ensuring their voices inform improvement plans. Develop case studies and best practice examples that demonstrate how resident engagement drives continuous improvement and compliance.</li>

As a Civil Enforcement Officer, your role will be to provide an essential and valued service at the core of our public protection and community safety work. You will be fully supported in this role and will undertake patrols across the town, including in our off-street car parks. During these patrols, you will play a significant role in reducing enviro-crime and anti-social behaviour and helping to ensure our town remains a beautiful place to visit and enjoy.
