The role is to provide education for children&nbsp;that require additional support on a short-term basis for example, due to a period of ill health or when there is&nbsp;a&nbsp;change in the child's provision due to an EHC plan. Teaching is normally on a 1 to 1 basis and takes place at the child's home, school, local library or online and could be in any location across Cheshire East.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, qualified teacher to join the Cheshire East Tuition Team.&nbsp;
The Tuition Team provides 1 to 1 teaching for vulnerable children who cannot currently attend school due to a medical need or for children who are in receipt of an EHCP but are between school placements. This support is also utilised at times by other Cheshire East teams within the Education Department such as Virtual Schools and Fair Access. The team currently employs 25 teachers who work across all schools and localities within the county. Teaching normally takes place in pupils’ homes, schools, local libraries or online.
This is a teaching role for an experienced, qualified teacher with a specialism in the areas of Science or Maths. Science teachers would be expected to teach some maths and will be supported to do this. The role of the teacher is to provide education for children&nbsp;that require additional support on a short-term basis and to support their return to a school setting. The teacher will be required to deliver either Maths or Science as a minimum but may also engage students through the delivery of other subject matter. The teacher will produce written reports and be expected to attend review meetings to discuss the progress of the child.&nbsp;The person will need to be flexible, approachable, have excellent communication skills and be competent in the use of ICT.
Continuous professional development is provided for all staff along with, 1 to 1 supervision and further safeguarding training.
Contracts are offered on a basis of 20 hours per week, across a minimum of 4 days. Due to working in a variety of locations across the county a degree of travel is required, and mileage compensated for.

As a key member of the team, you'll play a vital role in the procurement, brokering, and coordination of care and support packages across the community care market. About the role 
 
We are looking for an External Funding Officer to join the Policy, Project and Improvement team. 
 
You will be expected to work across the Council, supporting services to successfully secure increased levels of external funding. As part of this role, you will be expected: 
 
 - To lead a proactive, strategic horizon scanning function to identify and assess current and emerging external funding opportunities aligned with council priorities.

Making A Difference as A Referral and information Coordinator in MASH
 
We have a Referral and Information Coordinator role designed for an individual seeking a rewarding role within Children’s Services. You will be the first point of contact for families living in, and professionals working in St Helens to report safeguarding concerns for children in the region who do not have an allocated social worker. - Alerting MASH managers to immediate safeguarding concerns without delay
- Reviewing all service request forms from professionals and transferring the information onto the electronic system
- Seeking more information from professionals when required to ensure referrals are good quality
- Ensuring all key family details are recorded electronically including names, DOB, addresses, relationships, ethnicity, religion, language, and Nationality
- Providing a summary of CSC involvement with families to key professionals such as CAFCASS, midwifery and police
- Generating contact records which accurately record all information provided and shared during telephone calls
- Completing Chronologies of previous CSC history and involvement on all contacts created

The Learning Partnership along with the Principal at Wistaston Church Lane Academy wish to appoint a motivated, committed and highly effective Assistant Caretaker to join our hard working and enthusiastic team.
Key duties will include:

<li>Ensuring that the site and its buildings are locked and secured at the end of the day.</li>
<li>Maintaining and cleaning parts of the school daily.</li>
<li>Acting as a designated key holder for the school premises.</li>

The team operate from 8.00 am until 10.00 pm 7 days per week to include Bank Holidays. This post will be shift working to a rota over 7 days.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within North Kent College’s Equine department in the capacity of an Equine Riding Instructor. 
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Equestrian Riding Instructor to join our curriculum team based at our Hadlow campus in Kent. 
The Equine Unit at Hadlow has extensive facilities including two indoor arenas, a large outdoor arena and stabling for 64 horses. Teaching resources include a full set of competition show jumps, portable cross-country fences and a mechanical horse.&nbsp;
You will be joining a diverse team of Equine Lecturers, Riding Instructors and Equine Grooms to enhance the curriculum provision and employability of equine learners. As part of the role, you’ll be required to prepare, teach, and assess at a variety of riding levels, providing support and guidance to your learners as they progress through their riding journeys. You will be responsible for allocating horses and supervising their preparation. Within the role you will exercise College horses and can compete them in our onsite events. You will work closely with industry professionals to enrich the learner experience in preparation for their next steps. Outside of term-time delivery, you will be responsible for assessing future applicants during their interviews, showcasing the department at marketing events as well as working with the Equine Grooms to maintain high levels of horse care.
Sharing your knowledge to unlock potential whilst guiding our learners through their studies, you’ll have specialist knowledge of Equine studies, which may be enhanced by any relevant industry / professional experience, as well as a formal qualification that underpins this knowledge. To be considered for the role, candidates must hold a minimum of Level 3 qualification in a related area and have a recognised BHS riding instruction qualification (Stage 3 or above). The successful candidate will be a team player, an excellent communicator, and able to maintain a proactive approach to managing deadlines, whilst retaining a high standard of delivery. The ideal candidate will have a positive and can-do attitude and a strong desire to utilise their coaching skills to develop the riding ability of our college students. This role offers the opportunity to work with riders of all levels in a dynamic and supportive educational environment. 
Where you’ll work: This role is based at the Hadlow campus
