Within the role you will receive continuous training and support, not only from your management but also the team around you, Who are all highly motivated to deliver the best standards of care and support.&nbsp;<h2>Additional information</h2><ul>
<li>You will be a positive role model for those staff you line manage</li>
<li>Be able to demonstrate both good written skills and a sound understanding of IT (such as Word, PowerPoint)&nbsp;</li>
<li>A good communicator with all around people skills, who can interact with a variety of stakeholders, ranging from customers, carers through to other care professionals</li>
<li>Possess the ability to prioritise workload</li>
<li>A commitment to ensuring standards are maintained</li>
<li>Flexibility and being able to adapt during the day are key attributes for the role</li>
<li>Enjoy working as part of a motivated and customer centered staff team, but also have the ability to work on your own initiative and be self motivated</li>

&nbsp;The Pines had Ofsted in 2023 and received a GOOD grading. We are well resourced and we have extensive outside space along with a gym, 2 halls and rooms for ELSA and other interventions. There are currently 310 children on roll. At The Pines there has been rapid improvement in the quality of education, behaviour &amp; attitudes and personal development We will continue to focus on improving the outcomes for our children.
