<p>The Regulatory Services Partnership (RSP) hosted by Merton Council is one of the largest Environmental Health Services in London, with the Food and Safety Team responsible for overseeing more than 6,000 food businesses in Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth. It is an independent, arm’s length body (ALB) of the Home Office, reporting to the Home Secretary, under the terms of the Private Security Industry Act 2001. An example of this, is the multi-agency ‘Visor’ system.
