We are specifically looking to recruit Adult Learning Tutors to support our evening provision across our Adult Education Centres.
The East Riding of Yorkshire Council Adult Learning and Employability team delivers employment support, learning and skills training to adults across the East Riding and beyond.
We have learning centres in Beverley, Bridlington, Cottingham and Goole and deliver a range of face-to-face and virtual learning opportunities. These include:

This recruitment advert is specifically focused on tutors who are available to deliver evening courses.We would particularly like to hear from applicants who can deliver across our Maths, English or digital course pathways.
Our current evening delivery requirements are on the days listed below:
Goole centre evening – Tuesday
Beverley centre evening - Tuesday
Cottingham centre evening – Wednesday
Bridlington centre evening - Thursday
These requirements may change in response to learner demand and business need.
To teach with us, you must be suitably qualified, have good knowledge of the subject you wish to teach and be able to share your knowledge with adult learners in a supportive, responsive and engaging way.

We use a multi-stage recruitment process. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to deliver a microteach session, followed by an interview.
