We are looking for:

An enthusiastic and dedicated After School Club Supervisor to lead our After School Club provision. With a passion for supporting children and creating a safe, engaging and nurturing environment, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the club, ensuring pupils enjoy a positive and enriching experience beyond the school day.

You should enjoy working with primary-aged children and be motivated to provide high-quality care and engaging activities within a welcoming and inclusive setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting pupils' wellbeing, managing club operations and leading a small team to deliver an outstanding provision.

Our ideal candidate:

• Will be committed to supporting the Catholic ethos of the school.
• Enjoys working with and supporting primary-aged children.
• Can create a safe, caring and stimulating environment where children feel happy, valued and supported.
• Has experience of planning and delivering engaging, inclusive and age-appropriate activities for children.
• Can effectively manage and supervise a team, providing guidance and support where required.
• Will maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, ensuring school policies and procedures are always followed.
• Can build positive and professional relationships with pupils, parents, carers, colleagues and visitors.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can work effectively in a busy environment and manage a range of responsibilities.
• Is organised and able to undertake administrative duties, including maintaining registers and overseeing snack preparation and ordering.
• Will be fair and consistent, able to maintain positive behaviour and support children's overall wellbeing.
• Is willing to undertake any necessary training, including First Aid training.
• Is self-motivated and willing to make a valuable contribution to the life of our academy.
• Will be fully committed to inclusion and ensuring every child feels valued and supported.
