Our Team:
St Luke’s provides high-quality residential and nursing care for older adults, including those living with dementia and complex health needs. The home supports around 60 residents across multiple units, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment with well-equipped living spaces, dining areas, and gardens. With a strong focus on dignity, person-centred care, and community, St Luke’s is supported by a dedicated team committed to delivering compassionate and responsive care to all residents.

X2 - 24.75hrs

X3 - 33hrs
Working pattern will be based on a 4 week rolling rota; you must be willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
Your Contributions:
We are currently seeking experienced Care Assistants to join our dedicated team. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in supporting our residents to live comfortably, independently, and with dignity. Working as part of a compassionate team, you will deliver tailored care that promotes the highest quality of life for every resident.
Some of the main responsibilities of the role include:
• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support, assisting residents with personal care needs while promoting dignity, privacy, choice, and independence
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care and support
• Contributing to care planning, reviews, and record-keeping, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication
• Supporting residents to participate in meaningful activities and opportunities that enhance their wellbeing and quality of life
• Safeguarding residents by following health and safety procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and reporting any concerns in line with policies and regulatory requirements
