An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Volair’s Central Membership Office as a Customer Care Advisor, supporting all Volair clubs across Knowsley in an office based environment.

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for both existing and prospective members. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls, responding to live chat enquiries, and responding to emails
  • Resolving a variety of membership queries quickly and professionally
  • Providing accurate information on club facilities, programmes, membership options, and payment plans
  • Carrying out membership administration using computerised systems
  • Supporting customers with bookings and general queries
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Volair’s services, promotions, and activities

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong IT competence, and experience in customer service or a membership-based environment. Experience using booking systems and handling payments or till operations is also desirable.

Please note: this is office-based call centre environment with incoming/outgoing calls, email, live chat, and administration systems.

Our membership office is open Monday – Friday 09:00am until 5:30pm. All available hours will be between those times.
