Join Bath & North East Somerset Council’s dedicated team at our state-of-the-art, innovative Keynsham Recycling Hub. Based at Pixash Lane, you will be working within the main hub of our recycling operations, helping to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to support the day-to-day cleanliness of our Keynsham Recycling Hub.

This is a physically demanding role where you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across a variety of areas within the site. Duties will include vacuuming and mopping stairways, dusting edges and ledges, cleaning large toilet and shower facilities, and maintaining general office spaces, kitchens and break rooms.

This post is 10 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 16:00 - 18:00.

All candidates must have the right to work in the UK and be able to make their own way to the Pixash Lane Recycling Hub.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleaning and take pride in maintaining high standards at all times.

You will be able to:

• Cope with a physically demanding role.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate a positive, professional approach to your work.
• Be polite and courteous when interacting with building users.
• Take responsibility for ensuring all assigned areas are kept clean, safe and well maintained.
