    What You’ll Be Doing

    This is an exciting role that combines decision making, advisory and project work in one. The role will involve leading on specialist interventions, coordinating partnership resources as well as providing information and advice on crime and anti-social behaviour.

    You will have multiple stakeholders and therefore must be comfortable dealing with senior managers and high profile 3^rd parties. Some of your stakeholders will include: Cabinet members, Ward Councillors, Local and Central Government departments, Community Safety Partnership Board and other external Agencies

    This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Standard DBS.

    This is a highly specialised role and you will be involved in sharing information and data as well as promoting policies and principles amongst the stakeholders. You will be self-motivated and take the lead on opportunities and developments within your area.

    You will also be a self-starter and be comfortable in managing challenging work including high risk cases. You will support colleagues in delivering problem solving action plans, and the design and delivery of specialised projects.
