The role of a Contracts Officer within the Whole Life Commissioning Team is a varied role that supports the team with the completion of data for the team. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is required and strong organisational skills. A keen eye for identifying discrepancies and a proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving.

Skills within Data Management are required to maintain and update the various databases held within the team. A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel and experience with data management tools. Working knowledge of SharePoint would be beneficial.

You will be required to assist with reporting on contracting activities and compiling data for month-end financial reporting.

This role serves as point of contact for data related enquiries from internal departments and external providers. Liaise with stakeholders to resolve minor issues, therefore excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Handle various administrative duties to support contract professionals and ensure smooth operations.

Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and documents efficiently.
