    The role
    As a Development Manager, you’ll deliver complex regeneration projects, managing a portfolio that includes new homes, community facilities, and commercial spaces. You’ll work with consultants and partners to ensure high standards of design and sustainability, and you’ll ensure inclusive community engagement at every stage. From overseeing project delivery and budgets to navigating procurement and planning, you’ll help secure the best outcomes for Camden’s residents and communities.

    About you
    You bring experience managing complex urban regeneration or construction projects, alongside knowledge of planning, housing delivery, and sustainability standards. You’re an excellent communicator and collaborator, confident working with diverse teams, residents, and external partners. You’re proactive, driven by inclusive and impactful outcomes, and committed to delivering real social value.
