<h4>Direct Payment Worker/Personal Assistant</h4><dl><dt>Job description</dt>Carer required to support a gentleman living in North Cave. Gentleman is full time wheelchair user and uses a ceiling hoist for moving and handling. Training is provided for new employees. In addition requires support with catheter, training will be given.Gentleman requires support with personal care, washing etc. Support with meals and assisting to eat, service user would require someone to support mobilising from room to room. Carer would be required to complete small household duties i.e. washing pots and putting away after a meal, making bed and hanging out washing etc.Hours of work: 6 hrs Friday every week, and alternate weeks to include Sat (8 hrs) and Sunday (6 hrs)DBS/Reference checks will be required for this post – Cost to be met by the local authority.</dl>
