We are looking for a Domestic Assistant to join our team in Adult Social Care. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for general and deep cleaning tasks across four bungalows on one site. You will play a vital role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

As a Domestic Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and Caring: Perform general and deep cleaning tasks, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-presented.
  
• Health and Safety Hero: Follow Health and Safety regulations, including infection prevention and control measures.
  
• Emergency Response: Act quickly and effectively in emergency situations, such as bodily fluid spillages.
  
• Record Keeping: Maintain daily records on our digital platform to ensure accurate documentation.
  
• Flexible Scheduling: Work on a rota covering seven days a week, including alternate weekends and bank holidays.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A general standard of education.
  
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
  
• Understanding of Equal Opportunities and a commitment to Nottinghamshire County Council’s policies.
  
• Experience in cleaning, either in a domestic or commercial setting is desirable.
  
• Basic computer literacy to complete records.
