The Head Teacher and Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, inspirational and creative ESA, who is a superb team player and who is passionate about enabling pupils across School with SEND needs to access the school curriculum. We believe that this is a fabulous opportunity to join our School.

  • Reflective practice as an individual and as part of a team
  • NVQ 2 in English and Maths required
  • A desire to develop your own skills, including ICT, to further improve your practice
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a good sense of humour.
  • Be committed to being involved in the life of Flanshaw Junior, Infant and Nursery School, celebrating the achievements of both the children and the staff

The successful applicant will be required to complete a Disclosure Application Form and to provide criminal conviction information. A social media check will be carried out for all shortlisted candidates.
