Job description

Hours of work: 4 hours week 1 and 12 hours on week 2 – alternate

Rate of Pay: £14.50 per hour if employed / £18.00 per hour if self-employed.

Direct Payment Female Carer

Looking for a female Carer to join our team in providing personal care for an elderly lady based in Leconfield.

Split Shifts:

• Monday: 4 hours
• Alternate Saturdays & Sundays: 4 hours each day

About the candidate

The suitable candidate must:

• Be motivated, proactive and able to work on their own initiative.
• Be patient, caring and understanding.
• Have good communication skills (clear and effective communication).
• Be able to build a positive relationship with the individual to both encourage and support them.
• Be flexible to accommodate the hours of work where necessary.

DBS/Reference checks will be required for this post – Cost to be met by the local authority.
