Role: Food Technology Technician

Salary: Grade 6 £27,254 - £28,598 - Actual pro rata salary £20,624 - £21,641 (pay award pending)

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: 32.5 hours per week term time only plus inset

Location: St Anthony's School

We are looking to appoint a Food Technology Technician with a love of food and cooking to work in our busy and successful Technology Department to provide practical support to the department and to oversee ordering and inventories within the Food Department

What You Need to Succeed

The main duties associated with this role are as follows:

• To support the Department with ordering and general day to day organisation.
• To prepare and clean the room; to include setting up of equipment and/or ingredients where necessary.
• To maintain inventories, stock and filing systems.
• To assist with the ordering of essential supplies for the Department.
• To provide practical support for staff and students in lesson.
• To lead sessions when staff in the Department are absent.
