    About Camden

    We are building an Adult Social Care system in Camden that’s based on relationships, love and what matters most to the people we support.     What You’ll Be Doing

    The postholder will have responsibility for managing operational teams across Adult Social Care. The Neighbourhoods Head of Service will lead our five Neighbourhoods team as well as our MASH, our Front Door and our Hospital Discharge services.

    The postholder will also be instrumental in driving innovative partnerships working within Integrated Care Systems and will play key leadership roles in delivering our ambitions for integrated neighbourhood working across Camden.

    Reporting directly to our Director of Operations, and a senior member of the ASC leadership team, and will be expected to play system leadership roles across Adult Social Care, the Council and our local placed based work on integration.

    This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS.

    All About You

    We are looking for exceptional leaders in Adult Social Care who have a proven track record of service improvement and culture change. You will have led a range of operational services and teams which are drawn upon by adults with complex needs, including assessment, support and safeguarding functions. You should hold a professional qualification in Social Work, Occupational Therapy or an equivalent heath/social care qualification. You will have had senior responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality services that are delivered within budget and can demonstrate evidence of leading transformation and innovation that has delivered good outcomes for residents.

    You will be a committed and passionate professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to work in partnership with residents, staff and stakeholders in coproducing services and delivering outcomes that matter to people in Camden.
