We're on the lookout for 2 passionate individuals who want to help us make a difference to local communities here in Charnwood, Leicestershire.
The Council is recruiting for 2 Housing Allocations Assistants.
In this role you will assist with the allocation and letting of available properties to housing register applicants, and will be responsible for providing advice and assistance to applicants, arranging and carrying out property viewings and tenancy sign-ups and maintaining accurate paper and system records.
We are looking for positive individuals with strong communication and team working skills and previous experience of customer service and administration work, preferably in an organisation that delivers housing allocations, property lettings or related services.
