    This position reports to the Termination & Sign-Up Team Leader and is part of Strategic Void Management. This job has no direct line management of staff.

    The role will predominately be signing up applicants ensuring they are issued the correct tenancy and also at times carrying out Accompanied Viewings with tenants.

    Another function the post holder will be responsible for is ensuring tenancies are terminated speedily within housing law to ensure no delays in the voids process.

    This post will also be responsible for updating NEC property, voids module and other associated spreadsheet to allow the monitoring of void properties, sign-ups and tenancy termination.

    The post is based at Bridge Road Depot and is not a hybrid role with the post holder having to attend the office five days a week.,

    It would be advantageous for the candidate to have knowledge of housing law, LBN’s housing stock, voids and any qualifications relating to housing or housing law. Also, a knowledge of the allocations process would be helpful to the job role.
