We are seeking a Housing Solutions Officer to provide specialist advice and support to asylum seekers and refugees residing in Ealing’s asylum accommodation. The role involves delivering housing options advice, supporting access to welfare benefits, and working with partner agencies to ensure residents receive holistic support.

Key responsibilities include leading on housing solutions within asylum support hotels, maintaining accurate records, and assisting residents who have been granted status in the UK to secure suitable accommodation.

The successful candidate will have experience in housing advice or casework, a sound understanding of relevant housing legislation, and strong communication skills.

This is an opportunity to contribute to the effective delivery of housing services for vulnerable residents in Ealing.

This role is deemed customer facing and as such you must have a command of spoken English which is sufficient to enable you to effectively perform the role. This requirement relates to Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.
