Isolation Manager - Cardinal Newman Catholic High School
The role
The Governors of Cardinal Newman Catholic High School seek the appointment of an Isolation Manager for November 2026, working, 32.5 hours per week term time only plus 1 week for Inset days.
We are looking for an outstanding candidate to lead the school’s internal exclusion provision, ensuring a calm, purposeful and supportive environment for students removed from lessons due to behaviour incidents. The successful candidate will promote positive behaviour, and support reflection and restoration.
The role will also involve using our MIS and other software to analyse behaviour data, identifying trends and patterns, then production reports to clear communication these findings. They will be well organised and efficient and have a calm and approachable disposition. This role requires someone who can work independently for extended periods, but who is also a committed member of a wider team.
