Knowsley Virtual School work with Cared for Children and Care Experienced People, their schools, carers and social worker to ensure that they are able to access good education provision to enable them to achieve.

If you are passionate about improving the academic achievement of vulnerable children and young people, we would welcome an application for this role. You will work closely with Knowsley Cared for Children and Care Experienced People to remove barriers to learning and engagement in Education, Employment and Training (EET), developing relationships with professionals to identify suitable opportunities.

Through multi agency working with both internal and external colleagues, you will contribute to the development of the Personal Education Plan (PEP), creating positive, sustainable destinations

It is essential to hold a relevant qualification in education, youth, community, or health and social care, with evidence of continued professional development
