We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our housing leadership team in a part-time, job-share role. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality housing services and want to make a meaningful impact this could be the perfect fit.

As Landlord Services Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering housing management services that meet the needs of tenants and leaseholders across Charnwood. Reporting to the Head of Landlord Services, you’ll lead a team of dedicated professionals and ensure services are delivered to the highest standards of performance, financial accountability, and customer care.

You will manage the Principal Officer - Tenancy and Income Management, Principal Officer - Older Persons Services and Customer Engagement, and our Business Support Unit. The Council has recently received a regulatory grading of C2, and you will be instrumental in driving forward our plans to achieve C1.
