MIDDAY ASSISTANT JOB ADVERT

DEPARTMENT/SCHOOL:Kingsway Primary School

POST TITLE: Midday Assistant

GRADE: Grade 2 scale point 3 Hourly rate £13.28

HOURS: Term Time only. Monday to Friday hours between 11.30am to 13.30pm, 6.25 hours per week (1 hour 15 minutes per day)

CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed Term Contract (until 31st July 2027)

We are looking for a committed Midday Assistant to join our team and help ensure a smooth and enjoyable lunchtime experience for our students.

The Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Midday Assistant to oversee and support students during lunchtime. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanour and a passion for working with children.

Midday assistants are responsible for helping with the care and supervision of children and the behaviour management during the lunchtime period. The work will be carried out in the dining room, school or playground.
