About Us

We are looking to appoint a motivated and caring Mid-day Assistant to join our dedicated lunchtime team.

Hours / Working Pattern

Monday to Friday 11:40 to 13:20. Please be aware that holidays / days off will not be permitted during term time. This post is not available for job share.

The Role

The position requires the applicant to:

• Supervise children both in the dining hall and the playground during the lunch time period.
• Assist with the supervision of pupils whilst they are eating.
• Support the general supervision of pupils to and from dining hall and other designated areas.
• Supervise pupils in the playground and undertake appropriate playground activities.
• Carry out some general cleaning duties in the hall such as wiping tables and brushing the floor

Some light lifting is required to set up and put tables away at the end of the session.

No previous experience is required as training will be given.
