- To undertake a range of administrative duties as part of the Support Staff Team and deliver a consistent, highquality, integrated and seamless service.
- Assisting in providing an efficient, confidential, administrative, and clerical support using a range of systems
- To offer an efficient response to all visitors to the school and deal with internal and external queries in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
- You will have experience of working in a school office environment and possess excellent IT skills with proven experience of using Microsoft, Google and Arbor systems. You will have the ability to produce letters, reports and display information to a high standard and be able to prioritise your workload. You will also have an awareness of safeguarding processes and of health and safety in the workplace and be a team player.
- You will promote excellent behaviour and conduct, be committed to safeguarding and student welfare, and should be keen to engage in the wider life of our community school.
- Candidates should possess a minimum of GCSEs at A-C (or equivalent) in both English and Maths, be organised, reliable and an excellent communicator.
We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled, enthusiastic and suitably experienced Administration Assistant. (30 hrs per week, term time) to join our support team at Driffield Northfield Infant School
