Position: Full-time, Permanent

Ealing Council’s Housing Strategy 2025–2030 sets out an ambitious and determined plan to tackle the borough’s acute housing challenges. Our vision is to ensure every resident has access to a good quality, genuinely affordable home within a thriving community that supports healthier and happier lives.

This newly created role carries a clear remit to deliver the highest levels of performance across the full landlord function. We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong track record of managing a large, diverse housing portfolio.

Supported by a team of approximately 200 colleagues, you will ensure the delivery of safe, high‑quality and resident‑focused services for both tenants and leaseholders. You will lead services that not only meet statutory requirements and best practice but also drive the broader ambitions of the Council and our communities.
