Community Opportunities is a service that consists of Day Opportunities, Client affairs, Community Pathways Team, The Be Connected team and a Specialist Cleaning Team. These services provide activities, support and care to Newham residents. The services we deliver are part of adult services providing day to day support for vulnerable residents.

We are looking for an experienced individual who will manage and coordinate the administrative functions of the services provided by the community opportunities team. The duties include managing operational data and will ensure the smooth coordination of administration tasks across the teams.

This role is pivotal in maintaining service efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration within the service. The successful postholder will assist the senior management team with collating information for monthly scorecards, KPI’s, registers, residents lists and staffing records. This includes tracking training, DBS's and quantitative data and ensuring timely distribution of relevant information to support operational planning and reporting.

The post holder will provide line management for 2 operations officers and will report to the head of service. If you are enthusiastic, hard working and a motivated leader with an eye for detail we would like to hear from you.
