Then this could be the role for you – we are recruiting to 2 x Programme Manager posts.
The Programme Manager will support delivery of a range of regional transformation and improvement priorities across the Cheshire and Merseyside region which have been agreed by the nine local authority Directors of Adult Social Services.
These areas are AI, Digital and Technology Enabled Care (TEC); Market Shaping and New Models of Care (Neighbourhoods).
We are looking for highly motivated people who are passionate and enthusiastic about delivering change in adult social care. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of and experience working in adult social care, with a track record of delivering successful change programmes in an operational or transformational role.
