We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic member of staff to work on our Reception at Bilbrook Middle School.

The main purpose of the role will be:

• To provide an efficient reception service to all visitors to the school and members of the school.
• To ensure that all visitors to the school are signed in and out and provided with the correct visitor badge as required and ensure all safeguarding requirements are met.
• Answer all telephone enquiries promptly and take messages as necessary to pass on to the appropriate person.
• Use computer system to locate students as required.
• To administer first aid to students, staff and visitors as required.
• Help with the planning and execution of school events.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a five-month probationary period. During this time, appropriate support, induction and regular review meetings will be provided to help ensure a successful transition into the role.
