This is an opportunity to join the Registration Service, which is a high profile and essential service, guiding and supporting customers through some of their most important life events.
Knowsley Registration Service is responsible for registering all births, deaths and marriages that have occurred in the borough, legal preliminaries to marriage and civil partnership, performing ceremonies and the production of certified copy certificates.
We are looking for a Registration Support Advisor to deliver the full range of clerical, registration and ceremonial duties.
You will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and be able to demonstrate energy and enthusiasm for dealing with customers. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
