30 hours per week, Monday to Friday – Term time only
8:30am – 3:00pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our SEND Department. You will provide essential administrative support to the SENDCo and leadership team, ensuring the smooth running of student support processes.

What You Need to Succeed

Key Responsibilities

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate student files, profiles, and provision maps on school systems.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for parents, staff, and external agencies.
  • Process Support: Gather information and draft reports for EHCP applications, annual reviews, and inspections.
  • General Administration: Schedule meetings, capture minutes, upload digital files, and support daily departmental tasks.

About You

  • Minimum Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Strong IT skills and experience using Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Excellent time-management, communication, and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to child welfare and equal opportunities.
