Knowsley Education and Inclusion Service is seeking to recruit an experienced SEND and Inclusion Complaints and Redaction Support Coordinator. The primary purpose of the role is to deliver an effective and balanced response to the customer with regard to complaints, FOIs, SAR’s and Request for Disclosure.

You will use your interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with what are frequently complex and sensitive situations. You will evaluate information and make judgements, requiring the analysis and interpretation of facts and will play a key role in ensuring organisational learning following the review of complaints.
