An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Early Years Worker position within our Family Hubs and Children’s Centre nurseries to be able to work across multi-disciplinary teams.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to work flexibly alongside the Teacher to lead the Early Years Nursery Team in planning and implementing activities to support children to be school ready.

You will work closely with the Teacher to support your staff in delivering effective teaching and learning opportunities for children aged 2-5 years, taking into account children’s voices and interests to enhance their learning.

You will be required to have some managerial experience to be able to lead a team. You will support your team by undertaking supervisions, annual appraisals, training and quality assurance of data and nursery environments.

You will need to have knowledge and experience of dealing with safeguarding concerns and supporting families on a CAF. We are looking for a positive role model for staff, who is creative, confident, flexible, organised and committed to making a difference to children and families.

A Level 3 qualification in childcare is essential.
