Salary: £24,944.32 to £27,444.22

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Term time only, plus INSET

Location: Bohunt Horsham

Interviews: TBC

What You Need to Succeed

Essential Qualifications & Experience

● GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.

● Significant experience supporting students with SEND in a secondary school.

● Experience planning and delivering targeted interventions.

● Experience working collaboratively with teachers, parents and external agencies.

Essential Knowledge & Skills

● Strong understanding of SEND legislation and inclusive practice.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to analyse assessment information and use data to inform provision.

● Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.

● Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.

● Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Desirable Knowledge & Experience

● Specialist qualifications or training relevant to the provision area.

● Experience using Provision Map or similar SEND software.

● Experience contributing to Access Arrangements evidence.

● Experience delivering staff training.

● Knowledge of current evidence-based intervention programmes.
