About Camden
Camden is changing on the inside to make life better for everyone. Our residents and communities are at the heart of everything we do. We’re home to the most important conversations happening today and we’re making radical social change a reality, so that nobody gets left behind. Here’s where you can help design a better future for us all.
How You’ll Be Involved
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Senior Policy and Projects Officer to join our Supporting Communities Strategy Team. You will play a vital role in strategy and policy development, service improvement, and transformation, ensuring Camden remains the best place to live, work, study, and visit.
In this position, you will lead and support complex strategy initiatives and use data and insights to inform decision-making, helping us realise our vision of “We Make Camden” and deliver on our missions. Key responsibilities include delivering projects, collaborating with diverse teams, and engaging and supporting frontline staff with change. Current areas of need include homelessness, rough sleeping, ASB and neighbourhood working, but this is a generalist role which could make use of all your skills, background and past experience.
