    Specialist Cleaning Supervisor
    ££38,256 – £39,276 per annum

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to Specialist Cleaning and Hoarder Support staff.
    • Allocate workloads and monitor performance to ensure work is completed to agreed standards and timescales.
    • Oversee deep cleaning and hoarding interventions, ensuring respectful, person-centred delivery.
    • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, safeguarding, and lone working policies.
    • Maintain accurate records, reports, and staff supervision documentation.
    • Support the induction, training, and development of new and existing staff.
    • Liaise with partner agencies to coordinate complex cases.
    • Manage safe use of vehicles, equipment, and cleaning materials.
    • Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across all service areas.

    About You

    You will be an experienced team leader or supervisor with a background in specialist cleaning, hoarding support, housing, or similar community services.

    You will bring:

    • Experience supervising and motivating staff.
    • A strong understanding of Health and Safety and infection control procedures.
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
    • Confidence managing challenging situations and supporting residents with complex needs.
    • A compassionate, resident-focused approach.
    • The ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends where required.
    • A full UK driving licence (essential).
