Join the Leeds Stop Smoking Service as a Team Leader and lead a dedicated team supporting people who may be experiencing homelessness, addiction, or severe mental illness to achieve a smoke-free future.

Working closely with the Service Manager, you’ll provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to your team, ensuring high-quality services are delivered in line with contractual and organisational standards. You’ll help drive performance, develop staff, build strong partnerships across Leeds, and ensure people receive coordinated, effective support.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll lead by example, support service improvement, manage safeguarding concerns with confidence, and help shape a service that makes a genuine difference in people's health and wellbeing. The role includes some evening and weekend working to ensure effective service delivery and leadership support when needed
