Job description

Hours of work: 4 hours per week

Days/Times: flexible rota

Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour if employed / £18.00 per hour if self employed.

About the recipient

The individual is female, 61 years old and resides in Bridlington. They require a dedicated and suitable person to support them with clearing of the home of the hoarding, prompting and encouraging to reduce the amount of possessions. Also support in managing any bills and letters/mail that arise that week.

About the candidate

The suitable candidate must:

• Be motivated, proactive and able to work on their own initiative.
• Be patient, caring and understanding.
• Have good communication skills (clear and effective communication).
• Be able to build a positive relationship with the individual to both encourage and support them.

DBS/Reference checks will be required for this post – Cost to be met by the local authority.
