At Community Link Enfield Day Service, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives. As a Support Worker you will help individuals build confidence, develop life skills, access community activities, and achieve strength based outcomes. Your work will focus on promoting choice, dignity, and wellbeing, while providing high‑quality person‑centred support within a vibrant and inclusive day service environment.

You should be confident working both independently and as part of a team, with good organisational skills, a positive outlook, and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
