Support Worker – Community Link Enfield Day Service
At Community Link Enfield Day Service, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives. As a Support Worker you will help individuals build confidence, develop life skills, access community activities, and achieve strength based outcomes. Your work will focus on promoting choice, dignity, and wellbeing, while providing high‑quality person‑centred support within a vibrant and inclusive day service environment.

Enfield Council is committed to delivering excellent services that strengthen our diverse communities and empower residents to thrive. We are an inclusive, forward‑thinking organisation that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism who bring empathy, patience, and strong communication skills to the role. The ideal candidate will have experience in social care, health, or community services, with the ability to engage people in meaningful activities and adapt support to individual needs. You should be confident working both independently and as part of a team, with good organisational skills, a positive outlook, and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.

In addition to Enfield Council’s comprehensive benefits package, you will join a supportive, friendly, and values‑driven team committed to your professional development. We offer ongoing training, opportunities to gain accredited qualifications, regular supervision, and access to career progression pathways within Adult Social Care. You will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas, shape activities within the service, and be part of an organisation that truly invests in its staff and celebrates the impact of person‑centred support.
