About Camden
Camden is changing on the inside to make life better for everyone. Our residents and communities are at the heart of everything we do. We’re home to the most important conversations happening today and we’re making radical social change a reality, so that nobody gets left behind. Here’s where you can help decide a better future for us all.
How You’ll Be Involved
This is an exciting new role, working directly within the Homes and Communities directorate alongside colleagues in the Family Therapy Service and the Camden Centre for Relational Practice. The core purpose of this role is to contribute to the development of systemic and relational practice within the Housing and Property Services and to provide advice and guidance to the service.
Their guidance may include direct work with staff within Housing and Property Services; however, they will not be involved with direct work with residents. Instead, they will focus on providing consultation, supporting the embedding of relational systemic practice across the Housing and Property services workforce. A key aspect of this role will be to actively support staff, helping them feel safe, valued, and well-supported in their roles, thereby contributing to overall staff well-being and resilience.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS.
