We are on a mission to drive up quality and improve outcomes as a means of meeting our financial challenges. We are looking for coordination of health budgets to identified cohort of rough sleepers, working in close partnership with Local Authorities, service providers, health organisations, the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) advisors and the Greater London Authority (GLA).

ABOUT THE JOB
North East London Integrated Care System has secured additional funding through the Rough Sleeping Initiative to “get people off the street more quickly, secure move on accommodation, help individuals to sustain their tenancies and provide bespoke support for those furthest away from leaving rough sleeping for good.”
The PHB project has evidenced positive outcomes during its pilot year and as it continues to grow, there a real opportunity to further embed learning and best practice to help support some of the most vulnerable adults across NEL.
You would be joining the team at a key and exciting time, with an ambitious transformation plan agreed by Cabinet in place for this area and a passionate and dedicate team in place to deliver change.

We’re looking for coordinator who is curious, creative and courageous and have a genuine interest in radically improving outcomes for residents across NEL.
